Amber Blake

Amber played Soccer and ran Cross Country growing up. With a passion for weight lifting she competed in Power Lifting Competitions & won first place in her weight class in 2004. While living in Los Angeles, Amber studied and personally trained gymnasts for 10 years, while also finding a love for CrossFit training. She has experience training all ages. Recently, she has loved developing clients in athletic training with Speed, Agility & Injury Prevention training to help pursue their specific Goals as well as improving performance. She loves Fitness & People! Believes that feeling good, healthy and strong in your own body will help empower your everyday - she loves to help people find their way to do so and have fun doing it!



I LOVE working with people and helping them be the best they can be! I've been in the fitness industry for 20 years now, training a full spectrum of clients from professional athletes, to on camera celebrities, to individuals who are just beginning to learn about fitness and their physical body. With a Sports Medicine Degree from Northwestern, and Master Certifications from ISSA, NASM, ASFA, and ACE, I have the knowledge and ability to  communicate, listen, inspire, and personalize each program to suit your individual needs. I hope I get the opportunity to work with you! One promise I make to all my clients is that I will give you my very best, and you should expect nothing less. Together our motivation is this; "It's your body. It's your future. It's your responsibility."
